The primary structure of any base, the Headquarters allows for the construction of Construction Rigs and vital structures. BasicsAs might be expected, the Headquarters is pretty much the first building you construct. Luckily it goes up fairly quickly considering its importance. Make sure you have an HQ before you use your last Construction Rig to build a structure, because constructing buildings generally uses up Rig and you can only build more Rigs at a Headquarters. Because the Headquarters does not serve as a drop-off point for any resource, it is only necessary to have one. However, an HQ is a rather prime target for enemies, because it is the crux of most everything else that you build. Building extras can help protect you from loss—although bear in mind that grants additional targets for Infiltrators if they are in play. |
